  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp paprika

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 Tbsp 2 tsp white vinegar

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz horseradish

  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/3 cup white vinegar

  • 2 cup sour cream

100 Servings

  • 16 oz horseradish

  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2/3 cup white vinegar

  • 1 QT sour cream


Instructions

  1. Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.

  2. Drain horseradish.

  3. Combine all seasonings with horseradish.

  4. Fold horseradish mixture into sour cream. Chill.

  5. CCP- Maintain <40F; discard unused product.
