Instructions
Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.
Vanilla Sauce: In a saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch.
Boil water. Add boiling water to sugar mixture and cook until clear on low to medium heat.
Add margarine and vanilla. Blend well into sauce.
Portion 2 pear halves per serving bowl and top with 2 Tbsp vanilla sauce.
CCP: For milk & cheese or non-hazardous items: Cook to internal temp of 145F held for 15 sec.
CCP- Cool: Product must reach 135F to 70F within 2 hours and 70F to 40F within 4 hours.
CCP- Maintain <40F; discard unused product.
