  • 6 lb 4 oz Turkey, cooked, pulled/shredded

  • 3 quart lettuce, shredded

  • 1 cup tomato, fresh, chopped

  • 12 lb 8 oz Turkey, cooked, pulled/shredded

  • 1 gallon, 3 cups lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.

  2. Mix ranch dressing with turkey meat.

  3. Place on a tortilla: 2 oz turkey, 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce, 1 Tbsp of cheese & 1 tsp of chopped tomatoes. Fold bottom 2 inches of tortilla upward. Fold right & left sides of tortilla over contents tightly. Law wrap flat with edges on pan.
