Instructions
Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.
Wash, drain and dry lettuce.
Shave cooked turkey.
Slice avocadoes into thin slices.
Spread 1 Tbsp of dressing on one side of the tortilla.
Arrange avocado, 3 oz turkey and lettuce on top of the side of the tortilla with the dressing. Fold tortilla at bottom, fold in sides, then roll from bottom to top.
