Instructions
Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.
Prepare Southwestern turkey per separate recipe and cool per recipe instructions. Refrigerate until needed.
Assemble wrap: On each tortilla spread 1 Tbsp of ranch dressing and layer 1/4 cup prepared turkey mixture, 1 Tbsp cheese, 1/4 cup lettuce and 1 Tbsp tomato. Fold bottom 2 inches of tortilla upward, Fold right & left sides of tortilla over contents tightly. Place tortilla in pan with seam facing down in pan.
