Instructions
Wash hands before beginning preparation /& sanitize surfaces & equipment.
Slice Chicken on bias.
CCP- Maintain <40F; discard unused product.
Toss grilled chicken in with 1st portion of caesar dressing; set aside.

Spread 1 Tbsp of 2nd portion of caesar dressing on each tortills, leaving a 2 in border around edge of tortilla.
Cover each tortilla with 1/2 cup of lettuce, 2oz of cheese and 2 oz of roasted red pepper. Place 3 oz of grilled chicken on top and roll tightly. Tuck both ends and cut down the middle on a bias.
Repeat with remaining ingredients. 1 serving equal 1/2 of wrap.
