Instructions
WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.
Slice cheese in 1 oz pieces.
Assemble Sandwich: Place 1oz of meat and 1oz of cheese between 2 slices bread.
Grill: Brush sandwich with melted margarine. Preheat grill 325F/162C. Grill sandwich on both sides until golden brown and cheese melts.
Casseroles & Precooked Foods: Cook to internal temp of 165F/74C held for 15 sec.
CCP -- Maintain: Product held at >135F/57C Temperature should be taken every 2 hours during holding. *Maintaining at the proper temperature will present no food safety issue; long hot holding times can affect food quality.
