Instructions

  1. WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.

  2. Wash and prepare all produce.

  3. Prepare Seafood salad per recipe.

  4. Plate salad: place 2 cups mixed greens on plate, top with 1/4 cup cucumbers and 1/2 cup berries. Top with 1/2 cup seafood salad, 1 Tbsp of walnuts. Serve with whole wheat crackers and fat free dressing.
