Instructions
WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.
Remove crust from bread & cut remaining bread into cubes. Grease the bottom of 2 12x20x2" pans - spread with bread cubes.
Cook sausage until brown - drain excess fat
Spread sausage crumbles & cheese over bread cubes
Beat eggs - add milk & seasonings. Pour mixture over sausage & cheese
Cover & refrigerate overnight
Bake in oven uncovered for 1-1 1/2 hours, or until done
