  • Mayonnaise, Bulk 1 Qt

  • Onion, Powder 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.

  2. On the day before service of the Pork Salad, cook Roast as per separate recipe. CCP - Maintain <40F/4C overnight.

  3. Add Dressing, Onion Powder, & Pepper to Meat mixture. Blend well. *Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before service.
