Ingredients

  • Pasta, Macaroni Dry, 1 lb 8 Oz

  • Onion, Red/Burmuda, 2.5 Oz, Chopped

  • Peppers, Green Fresh, 2.5 Oz, Chopped

  • Celery, Fresh, 1 lb, Chopped Fine

  • Peppers, Red Diced Cnd, 4 Oz, Chopped

  • Pickle Relish, Sweet, 10 Oz, Drained 

  • Mayonnaise, Bulk, 2 Cup

  • Garlic, Powder, 1.0 tsp

  • Tuna, Chunk Light WtrPk Bulk, 5lb, Drained


Instructions

  1. WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.

  2. Preprep: Mince Onion, Pepper and Celery.
    Prepare Macaroni according to package instructions. Drain; rinse in cold Water to prevent sticking.

  3. Add all ingredients to Pasta. Mix well. *Chill <40F.
