Instructions

  1. WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.

  2. This entrée/starch combination is to be used as a replacement for casseroles that are inappropriate for restricted diets.
    Prepare beef & pasta as per separate recipes.

  3. Portion 2 oz of meat with 1/2 cup of pasta per serving.

  4. CCP -- Maintain: Product held at >135F/57C Temperature should be taken every 2 hours during holding. *Maintaining at the proper temperature will present no food safety issue; long hot holding times can affect food quality.

  5. Discard unused product.
