Instructions

  1. WASH HANDS before beginning preparation. SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.

  2. Cook Beef according to package directions. Put in steam table pans and hold warm.

  3. Saute or steam Vegetables until tender. Put in steam table pans.

  4. Shred or use already shredded Cheese. At time of service, place 2 oz of Beef, 2 oz of mixed Peppers & Onions, & 1 Tbsp of Cheese in roll.

  5. CCP -- Maintain >140F for only 4 hrs.
