Instructions
Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.
Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add mashed bananas.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and blend well. Pour into greased loaf pans (1 pan per 12 servings).
Bake at 325F for about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
CCP- Cool: Product must reach 135F to 70F within 2 hours and 70F to 40F within 4 hours.
CCP- Maintain <40F; discard unused product.
