Instructions
Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Melt margarine and allow to cool.
Beat eggs. Combine with margarine and add to dry ingredients.
Add milk and apples and mix only to blend (low speed). Do not overmix. Batter should still be lumpy. Measure with #16 scoop into well greased muffin pan(s).
Bake until cooked through.
CCP: For milk & cheese or non-hazardous items: Cook to internal temp of 145F held for 15 sec.
Discard unused product.
