  • 0.5oz baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 Tbsp 1 tsp Margarine

  • 2 Tbs 1 tsp Egg, liquid, non-dairy

  • Milk 2%, 1 1/8 cup

  • Bran, wheat 1 1/8 cup

  • 1 oz baking powder

  • 1 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup Margarine

  • 1/3 cup Egg, liquid, non-dairy

  • Milk 2%, 2 3/4 cup

  • Bran, wheat 2 3/4 cup

  • 2 lb all purpose flour

  • 1.5 oz baking powder

  • 2 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup Margarine

  • 2/3 cup Egg, liquid, non-dairy

  • Milk 2%, 1 1/4 QT

  • Bran, wheat 1 1/4 QT

  • 4 lb 1 oz all purpose flour

  • 3.5 oz baking powder

  • 1 Tbsp 2 tsp salt

  • 2 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 cup Margarine

  • 1 1/3 cup Egg, liquid, non-dairy

  • Milk 2%, 2 3/4 QT

  • Bran, wheat 2 3/4 QT


Instructions

  1. Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

  3. Melt margarine and allow to cool, but still remaining a liquid.

  4. Beat eggs.

  5. Combine milk and bran with margarine and eggs; add to dry ingredients. Mix only to blend (low speed). Batter should still be lumpy. Measure with #16 scoop into well greased muffin pans.

  6. CCP: For milk & cheese or non-hazardous items: Cook to internal temp of 145F held for 15 sec.

  7. Discard unused product.
