Instructions
Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment.
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Melt margarine and allow to cool, but still remaining a liquid.
Beat eggs.
Combine milk and bran with margarine and eggs; add to dry ingredients. Mix only to blend (low speed). Batter should still be lumpy. Measure with #16 scoop into well greased muffin pans.
CCP: For milk & cheese or non-hazardous items: Cook to internal temp of 145F held for 15 sec.
Discard unused product.
