Instructions

  1. WASH HANDS before beginning preparation & SANITIZE surfaces & equipment.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  3. Place in suitable covered container in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled, about 2-3 hrs.

  4. Place mixture on open-face Bread.

  5. VARIATIONS: Frech Style Green beans, frozen - 2 lb per 48 servings - sub for the Celery to prepare Tun & Green Bean Salad.
